C ZENITH CHEM (00362) announced that its subsidiary Heihe Longjiang Chemical Co., Ltd. (Heihe Longjiang) will actively resume production in full. This decision is due to the consideration that the sales price of calcium carbide is beginning to stabilize, there are signs of market recovery, and the company remains cautiously optimistic about the future market of bulk commodities. In addition, the local government has introduced a new round of policy support and banks have started loosening lending, which will allow Heihe Longjiang to obtain loans as operating funds. If production is fully resumed, Heihe Longjiang can achieve an output value of over 300 million RMB.
