Shanghai No.1 Pharmacy (600833.SH) has issued an announcement stating that, according to the Shanghai Huangpu District People's Government's "Shanghai Huangpu District People's Government Housing Acquisition Decision" (Huangfu Acquisition [2023] No. 4), three properties located at 553-555 Sichuan Middle Road, 545 Sichuan Middle Road, and 639 Sichuan Middle Road in Shanghai Huangpu District are included in the acquisition range. These three properties were operated and managed by the company, and were previously mainly used for leasing. The unit responsible for the property acquisition is the "Shanghai Huangpu District Housing Security and Housing Management Bureau", the unit implementing the property acquisition is the "Shanghai Huangpu Fifth Real Estate Acquisition Service Agency Co., Ltd.", and the property evaluation unit is the "Shanghai Real Estate Appraiser Service Co., Ltd.". After numerous negotiations, an agreement has been reached on the compensation for the acquisition. The company plans to sign the "Shanghai State-owned Land Property Acquisition Compensation Agreement" and the "Huangpu District 166, 167, and 168 Neighborhood (Enterprises and Institutions) Settlement Statement" with the property acquisition unit and the property acquisition implementation unit. According to the compensation agreement, the company will receive a total compensation of 56.0898 million yuan for the acquisition of these three properties, to be paid within 90 days after the agreement becomes effective and the company relocates from the original site.
