GC CONSTRUCTION (01489) announced that RSM Hong Kong has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from February 10, 2025. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, Crowe International has been appointed as the company's auditor, effective from February 10, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of RSM Hong Kong. Crowe International's term will end at the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
