Qingdao Eastsoft Communication Technology (300183.SZ) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Foshan Lanhairuisheng Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (referred to as "Lanhairuisheng"), senior executives Pan Song and Sun Xuefei plan to collectively reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 5.0326 million shares, or 1.09% of the company's total share capital.
