GUOEN HOLDINGS (08121) announces that Ms. Guo Huizhen (Ms. Guo) has resigned as the company secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company as defined in Rule 5.24 of the GEM Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (GEM Listing Rules), effective from February 7, 2025. Following Ms. Guo's resignation, the Board also announced that Ms. Xie Xiuxin (Ms. Xie) has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective from February 7, 2025.
