ANTON OILFIELD (03337) announces that it has completed the payment of the US$150 million 8.75% senior notes due in 2025. On January 24, 2025, the company transferred the remaining principal amount of the notes along with all accrued interest, totaling US$63.1949 million, to the note trustee Citibank, who has confirmed receipt of the funds and will arrange timely payments to the respective investors through the settlement system. With this payment, the company has completed the full repayment of all previously issued US dollar notes. The company believes that the repayment will not have a significant impact on its financial condition.
