XJ INTL HLDGS (01765) announced that Mr. Li Tao has resigned from the company as a non-executive director, member of the audit committee, member of the strategic and development committee, and authorized representative, effective from January 23, 2025, due to work arrangement changes.
On the same day, Mr. Wang Xiaowu has been appointed as a non-executive director, member of the audit committee, and member of the strategic and development committee.
Mr. Yuan Junmin has resigned from the position of the company's chief financial officer due to work arrangement changes. Mr. Yang Wen has been appointed as the company's chief financial officer, effective from January 23, 2025.
Mr. Yang Wen has resigned from the position of the company's chief investment officer due to work arrangement changes. Mr. Tan Li has been appointed to replace Mr. Yang Wen as the company's chief investment officer, effective from January 23, 2025.
