Zhongshi Minan (08283) announced that it has completed the placement of 400 million shares of shares on January 23, 2025, at a price of HK$0.04 per share, raising approximately HK$15.3 million. Approximately HK$10 million is intended to support the operation and development of the Group's fast food and smart kitchen solutions business, and approximately HK$5.3 million is intended for general corporate working capital.

Wuhan P&S Information Technology (300184.SZ) is expected to increase its annual net profit to 95 million to 110 million yuan, a year-on-year growth of 43.17% to 65.78%.

Hangzhou MDK Opto Electronics Co., Ltd (688079.SH) forecasts a pre-loss, with an estimated net loss of approximately 98,927,000 yuan in 2024.
