According to reports, Top Quick Food and Beverage Group plans to go public in Hong Kong this year. Currently, Top Quick Food and Beverage Group owns four major brands under its umbrella, including Texas Chicken, Master Kang's Private Kitchen Beef Noodles, Berry Coffee, and Master Kang's People's Noodle House, with a total of over 3000 stores. In fact, as early as 2021, media reports had already stated that Taiwan's food company, Tingyi International Group, planned to list its mainland China catering business in Hong Kong, with an expected fundraising size of around 800 million USD. Top Quick Food and Beverage was established in 1996, started its first Texas Chicken franchised store in 1999, launched Master Kang's Private Kitchen Beef Noodles in 2006, Berry Coffee in 2020, and Master Kang's People's Noodle House in 2024. Currently, the most important brand under Top Quick Food and Beverage, Texas Chicken, has over 3000 stores.
