YUANHENG GAS (00332) has announced that Crowe (HK) CPA Limited (Crowe HK) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from January 22, 2025. Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has decided to appoint BDO Limited as the company's auditor to fill the temporary vacancy caused by Crowe HK's resignation, with the term ending at the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders. However, this appointment is subject to BDO currently undergoing the necessary client acceptance procedures before it can take effect.
