Dr. Peng Telecom&Media Group (600804.SH) announced that due to the inability of Zhongxi Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) to issue an opinion on the "2023 Annual Audit Report" of the company (for specific details, please refer to the "Dr. Peng Telecom&Media Group Limited 2023 Annual Audit Report" disclosed on the same day on the Shanghai Stock Exchange website), it has triggered the "Risk Warning for Delisting" as per Article 9.3.2 (3) of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Listing Rules (Revised in August 2023).
