Thalys Medical Technology Group Corporation (603716.SH) announced that its shareholder, Shanghai Angze, plans to reduce its holdings by a total of no more than 5.7296 million shares from February 24, 2025 to May 23, 2025, which is not more than 3% of the total share capital of the company.

Shanghai New Huang Pu Industrial Group (600638.SH) plans to transfer its 10% equity stake in Shanghai Microstar Company for 170 million yuan.
