Xinhua Winshare publishing & Media (00811) announced that, based on confidence in the company's future development prospects, in order to actively respond to the new "Nine National Policies" and implement the special action of "improving quality, increasing efficiency and returning to shareholders", effectively safeguard the interests of investors, and promote the reasonable return of the company's intrinsic value, Sichuan Xinhua Publishing Group proposed to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 4.1 (including tax) per 10 shares to all shareholders based on the total share capital registered on the record date for the implementation of the equity distribution in 2024.
