LEGEND UPSTAR (00459) announced that on January 22, 2025, Junlian Credit and co-lender Ai Hua Credit Co., Ltd. entered into a loan agreement with the borrower, mortgagor, and guarantor. According to this agreement, Junlian Credit and co-lender agreed to grant a loan of HK$53 million to the borrower, with a repayment period of 12 months. The first month annual interest rate after the loan withdrawal date is 25% and the subsequent monthly annual interest rate is 13%.

Kunming Chuan Jin Nuo Chemical (300505.SZ) director and general manager Wei Jiagui plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 1 million shares.

Guanglian Aviation Industry (300900.SZ) expects to incur a loss with an estimated annual net loss of 27-48 million yuan.
