CISI FIN subscribed to fund units worth HKD 50 million

CISI FIN (06058) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary CISI Capital subscribed for Fund Units with a total value of HKD 50 million on January 21, 2025. The subscription was confirmed on January 21, 2025, and the Fund Units have been allocated to CISI Capital at a price of HKD 50 million, excluding transaction costs.

Shenzhen Kstar Science & Technology (002518.SZ) issued a pre-announcement, with a decrease in net profit for the 2024 fiscal year expected to be between 370 million to 470 million yuan, a decrease of 44.41% to 56.24%.

Camelot Electronics Technology (301282.SZ) forecasts a net profit of 75-90 million yuan for the full year 2024, representing a year-on-year growth of 76.85%-112.22%.
