HUAKANG BIOMED (08622) announced that, effective January 22, 2025, Ms. Zhou Jingwen has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company and will no longer serve as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee; Mr. Xu Yongde has been appointed as an independent director of the company, as well as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.
