Zhejiang Aokang Shoes (603001.SH) announced that the company held the fourteenth meeting of the eighth board of directors on January 21, 2025. The meeting approved the proposal "Appointment of a Director to Perform the Duties of Chairman and CEO". As Wang Zhentao has resigned from the position of Chairman of the company and Wang Jinquan has resigned from the position of Director and CEO, the election of a new Chairman and the appointment of a new CEO still need to go through the appropriate procedures.
