China Shenhua Energy (01088) plans to invest 200 million yuan to establish Guoneng Yishang Electronic Commerce (Beijing) Co., Ltd.

China Shenhua Energy (01088) announced that the board of directors approved China Shenhua Energy to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Guoneng Yishang E-commerce (Beijing) Co., Ltd. with a cash investment of 200 million yuan (tentative name, subject to final approval by the market supervision department).
