Do-Fluoride New Materials (002407.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds of 2845.8 million yuan to acquire 54% equity of Henan Yifeng Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. ("Yifeng Electronics") held by Jiaozuo Do-Fluoride New Materials Industrial Group Co., Ltd. ("Do-Fluoride New Materials Group"). After the completion of this acquisition, the company will hold 54% equity of Yifeng Electronics, and its financial statements will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
The announcement stated that Yifeng Electronics is an enterprise that produces and sells ultra-pure chemical materials and other fine chemical products for the microelectronics industry. The company's acquisition of 54% equity of Yifeng Electronics with its own funds will help to enrich the product structure of the company's electronic chemicals business sector and will not have a significant impact on normal production operation and financial condition.
