FLOWING CLOUD (06610): Li Yanhao is no longer the controlling shareholder of the company.

FLOWING CLOUD (06610) announces that Mr. Wang Lei (Mr. Wang) and Mr. Li Yanhao (Mr. Li) have informed the company that on January 21, 2025, Brainstorming Cafe completed the transfer of 9823.44 million shares (representing approximately 5.43% of the total issued share capital of the company as of the date of this announcement) to Li BVI by simultaneously repurchasing 1279 shares held by Li BVI at Brainstorming Cafe. Upon completion of the transfer, Mr. Li will directly control all of his shares in the company (representing approximately 5.45% of the total issued share capital of the company as of the date of this announcement) and will no longer be the controlling shareholder of the company. Mr. Wang, Wang BVI, Cyber Warrior, and Brainstorming Cafe will continue to be the controlling shareholders of the company.
