GCL TECH (03800) announced that as of the year ending December 31, 2024, its annual production of granular silicon was 269,200 tons, with shipments of 281,900 tons, and a cash cost of production of 33.52 yuan/kg. The announcement stated that thanks to the continuous improvement of the company's granular silicon technology process, equipment optimization has been basically completed, material balance and energy consumption optimization have been continuously improved during the production process, and production costs have been further reduced. As of the date of this announcement, the company has completely exited its related direct and indirect investments in Siemens' polysilicon, and is fully focusing on the industrial development of granular silicon.
