Based on the simulation rehearsal system established by the above project, flood forecasting can be made timely based on rainfall, realizing high-fidelity simulations of flood inflow, reservoir water level changes, reservoir scheduling, river flood evolution, inundation situations, etc., to grasp the flood inflow process and flood prevention situation in real-time. Based on historical real flood situations, a replica inversion evaluation system is constructed with a digital model to build a closed-loop capability enhancement from "practice" to "replay", and then to "improve", instantly formulate reasonable scheduling plans, provide technical support for flood prevention decision-making, and achieve a comprehensive intelligent upgrade of "forecast, warning, rehearsal, plan".
