Jl Mag Rare-Earth (06680) appoints Lai Xunlong as Joint Company Secretary.

Jl Mag Rare-Earth (06680) announced that in order to ensure effective communication with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and after considering the company's actual situation, the Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Lai Xunlong as one of the joint company secretaries, effective from January 20, 2025. Mr. Lu Ming will no longer serve as a joint company secretary from January 20, 2025, but will continue to serve as the Vice President of the company. Ms. Zhang Xiao possesses the qualifications and experience required by Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange for a company secretary. She has been appointed as one of the joint company secretaries of the company and will continue to serve in this role. Ms. Zhang will assist Mr. Lai in carrying out the duties of joint company secretary and gaining the relevant experience as required by Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules.
