China Wuyi Co., Ltd. (000797.SZ) signed an agreement with East China Engineering Science and Technology for the Congo (Brazzaville) 1200kt/a potassium fertilizer project.

China Wuyi Co., Ltd. (000797.SZ) announced that the company signed a "Construction Engineering Construction Framework Agreement" with East China Engineering Science and Technology Co., Ltd. ("East China Engineering Science and Technology") on March 15, 2013 for the 1200kt/a potash fertilizer project in the Republic of Congo (Brazzaville). Subsequently, the company signed a "Construction Engineering Construction Contract" with East China Engineering Science and Technology. The framework agreement and construction contract are collectively referred to as subcontracting contracts. The project has been suspended to date due to the owner's funding chain being broken. After friendly negotiations, the company and East China Engineering Science and Technology signed a "Republic of Congo (Brazzaville) 1200kt/a Potash Fertilizer Project Agreement" on January 16, 2025.
