WENYE GROUP (01802) announced that on January 20, 2025, the group signed a memorandum of cooperation with NEXTYPE: MEME-NANA (NEXTYPE) and Saipan Tonino Lamborghini Resort (TLRS). The memorandum pertains to the promotion of TLRS infrastructure through the Metaverse ecosystem platform MEME-NANA.
Through the integration of the Web2 and Web3 worlds, the contracting parties will jointly promote the top luxury hotels, amusement parks, art galleries, and other infrastructure of Saipan TLRS to align with the world and provide a new experience for Web2 users. Through the MEME-NANA platform, users will be able to use tokens to purchase hotel services or obtain project-related rights and benefits.
The group is mainly engaged in providing indoor and outdoor architectural decoration and design services. With the maturity of TLRS infrastructure, the strategic cooperation of the contracting parties can bring business development opportunities to the company's main business and create value for the company's shareholders.
