BOCOM INTL (03329) announced that Wang Yongqing has resigned as a non-executive director of the company due to job transfer reasons; Xiao Ting has been appointed as a non-executive director.
Tan Yueheng has stepped down as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company due to work requirements. Tan Yueheng will remain as an executive director of the company after stepping down as Chairman; Xiao Ting has been appointed as Chairman. The above changes will be effective from January 20, 2025.
In addition, starting from January 20, 2025:
The Strategic and Risk Management Committee will consist of six directors, namely Xiao Ting, Xie Jie, Wang Xianjia, Tan Yueheng, Shan Zengjian, and Zhu Chen, with Xiao Ting serving as the Chairman of the Strategic and Risk Management Committee.
The Audit Committee will consist of four directors, namely Lin Zhijun, Xie Yonghai, Ma Ning, and Shan Zengjian, with Lin Zhijun serving as the Chairman of the Audit Committee; and
The Nomination Committee will consist of four directors, namely Ma Ning, Xie Yonghai, Lin Zhijun, and Zhu Chen, with Ma Ning serving as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
