Guo Zheng International: optimistic about the long-term development potential of LAOPU GOLD (06181), now is still a good opportunity for layout
According to Wind's consistent forecasts, Lao Puyellow gold net profit for the years 2024, 2025, and 2026 is expected to reach 11, 15, and 19 billion Chinese Yuan respectively.
Guocertificate International released a research report stating that LAOPU GOLD (06181) achieved strong performance growth in the first half of the year 24. Although the industry faced some pressure in the second half of the year due to the rapid rise in gold prices, the bank believes that LAOPU's high-end positioning has resulted in less impact on its performance from gold price fluctuations, and it still expects overall rapid growth this year.
The report stated that according to wind's consensus forecast, LAOPU GOLD's net profit for the years 24/25/26 is expected to reach 11/15/19 billion RMB. The current market value is 47.3 billion Hong Kong dollars, corresponding to a forecast PE of 28.6x for 25 years, which the bank believes is reasonably valued. The bank is optimistic about the company's long-term development potential and believes that it is still a good opportunity for investment.
