Tongyu Communication Inc. (002792.SZ) announced that in order to promote the implementation of the company's strategy and accelerate the layout of the satellite communication industry, improve capital operation efficiency, and enhance overall competitiveness, the company recently signed a partnership agreement with Guangdong Huazhen Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. ("Huazhen Capital") to jointly establish the "Guangdong Tongyu Huazhen Aerospace Industry Fund Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Partnership Enterprise" or "Fund"). The fund will focus on investing in commercial aerospace, satellite communication, advanced manufacturing, and other fields, with the first phase of the fund planning to invest 20 million yuan in Shanghai Jingji Communication Technology Co., Ltd. The company, as a limited partner, will subscribe to and contribute 50 million yuan in capital to the partnership enterprise with its own funds. This cooperation with professional investment institutions focuses on investing in commercial aerospace, satellite communication, and other fields to further enhance the company's satellite communication industry layout, improve competitiveness in the satellite communication field, and promote the long-term steady development of the company.
