Henan Ancai Hi-TechCo.,Ltd. (600207.SH) announced that the Board of Directors has agreed to elect Director Xu Dongwei as the Chairman of the company. His term will start from the date of approval at the 21st meeting of the eighth Board of Directors and will end on the day the current Board of Directors term expires.
