FUJING HOLDINGS (02497) announces that Ms. Zhou Weimei (Ms. Zhou), as she has decided to dedicate more time to other social work commitments, has resigned from her position as an independent non-executive director, member of the audit committee and nomination committee, and chairman of the remuneration committee of the Company, effective from January 16, 2025.
Starting from January 16, 2025, Ms. Geng Juan (Ms. Geng) has been appointed as an executive director and member of the nomination committee; and Dr. Wang Wenyuan (Dr. Wang) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, member of the audit committee and nomination committee, and chairman of the remuneration committee.
