TIMELESS (08028) announced that Guo Wei will resign as the company's auditor starting from January 16, 2025. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, Zhongzheng Tianheng will be appointed as the company's auditor starting from January 16, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Guo Wei's resignation. His term will last until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders.
