On January 16, 2025, after negotiations, the company signed a "Property Transaction Contract" with Shibai Industrial, with the transaction price of the target assets being 63.8639 million yuan. The target assets are a 30th floor real estate property located at No. 8 Xingyi Road, Shanghai, owned by the company.
