Appoint Luo Shengqiang as an independent non-executive director of BE ENVIRONMENT (00154).

BE ENVIRONMENT (00154) announced that Dr. Jin Li has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company, and will no longer serve as the chairman of the company's remuneration committee, member of the audit committee, and member of the nomination committee; Professor Nie Yongfeng has also resigned as an independent non-executive director of the company; Dr. Luo Shengqiang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company, and appointed as a member of the company's audit committee; and Ms. Miao Li has been appointed as the chairman of the company's remuneration committee. The above changes are effective immediately.
