BOMESC Offshore Engineering (603727.SH) announced that the company has signed a construction contract with STS VOF (referred to as "STS") for the upper module of a floating production storage and offloading vessel (FPSO). Once construction of the FPSO is completed, it will be deployed in the oil fields of Suriname. The main scope of work includes the design, material procurement, and construction of the FPSO upper module. The contract amount is RMB 750-1000 million, consisting of a fixed price portion and a variable amount based on the current estimated work volume. The final contract amount will be determined based on the actual completed work volume confirmed by both parties at the end of the contract.
