Yamato: It is recommended to switch from aviation stocks to shipping stocks primarily due to the expected high increase in airfare prices.
Yamato suggests investors switch from airline stocks to shipping stocks.
Yamato released a research report stating that the chances of domestic air ticket prices rising this year are low, as the structure of domestic air passengers is shifting towards price-sensitive passengers. The bank suggests that investors switch from airline stocks to shipping stocks, mainly due to the high expectations of rising ticket prices in the market and the adjustment of shipping prices.
The bank predicts that the stock prices of SITC (01308), COSCO Shipping Holdings (01919), OOIL (00316), TRAVELSKY TECH (00696), BEIJING AIRPORT (00694) and others are expected to outperform Air China Limited (00753) and CATHAY PAC AIR (00293).
