TRAD CHI MED (00570) has announced that the board of directors made a resolution on January 15, 2025, due to adjustments in job responsibilities, Mr. Yang Binghua, Mr. Wang Kan, Mr. Meng Qingxin, Ms. Li Ru, Mr. Yang Wenming, and Mr. Cheng Xueren have resigned as non-executive directors, and the arrangements are effective immediately. After resigning as non-executive directors, Mr. Yang Binghua will no longer serve as a member of the Nomination Committee, and Mr. Yang Wenming and Mr. Cheng Xueren will no longer serve as members of the Strategic Committee.
Effective from January 15, 2025, Mr. Liu Haijian has been appointed as a non-executive director and a member of the Nomination Committee; Mr. Li Xiangrong has been appointed as a non-executive director and a member of the Strategic Committee; Mr. Zhu Jing has been appointed as a non-executive director and a member of the Strategic Committee; Ms. Xu Jinghui has been appointed as a non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee; and Mr. Huang Hao has been appointed as a non-executive director.
