Yuanxu Technology (08637) announces that RSM Hong Kong has resigned as its auditor.
METASURFACE (08637) announced that PKF Hong Kong, Chartered Accountants (PKF Hong Kong) has resigned as the company's auditor, effective from January 15, 2025, as the company plans to simplify its audit arrangements. This decision was made considering that PwC Singapore (as defined below) is an auditor recognized by the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) of Singapore for public interest entities (PIEs) and is therefore qualified to act as the auditor for the company's annual financial statements. The main operations of the group and its accounting books and records are located in Singapore, and PwC Singapore is the current auditor of the group's main subsidiary.
Upon the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC Singapore) as the company's auditor, effective from January 15, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of PKF Hong Kong and to serve until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders of the company.
