CEB WATER (01857) established a joint venture with Aviation Port Water to take over two sewage treatment plants in Henan Province.

CEB WATER (01857) announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries Shenzhen Water and Aviation Port Water have established a joint venture company, Guang Water (Zhengzhou) Water Operation Limited Company, in China to take over two sewage treatment plants in Zhengzhou Aviation Port Area and Weichuan Town in Henan Province. The new joint venture company was established with a registered capital of 6 million RMB, with Shenzhen Water and Aviation Port Water holding 66% and 34% of the shares, respectively. The establishment of the new joint venture company has made it an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The main business scope of the new joint venture company includes (but is not limited to) sewage treatment and recycling; municipal facilities management; water pollution control; water environmental pollution prevention services; solid waste management; technical services; and technology development.
