Befar Group (601678.SH) announced that the company has recently received a "Loan Commitment Letter" from China CCB Limited Binhai Binhai Branch (referred to as "CCB Binhai Branch"). CCB Binhai Branch has agreed to provide a special loan amount of 126 million RMB for the company's share buyback, with a loan term of 36 months. The specific rights and obligations of the loan shall be subject to the loan contract signed by both parties. The acquisition of the "Loan Commitment Letter" will provide financing support for the company's share buyback. Due to the above changes, the funding source for this share buyback will be changed from "company's own funds" to "company's own funds and special loans".
