Befar Group (601678.SH) announced that the company has recently received a "Loan Commitment Letter" from China CCB Limited Binhai Binhai Branch (referred to as "CCB Binhai Branch"). CCB Binhai Branch has agreed to provide a special loan amount of 126 million RMB for the company's share buyback, with a loan term of 36 months. The specific rights and obligations of the loan shall be subject to the loan contract signed by both parties.
