Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt (603799.SH) announced that the company recently received notice from its controlling shareholder, Huayou Holding Group Co., Ltd. ("Huayou Holding"), stating that Huayou Holding intends to increase its A-share holdings through centralized competitive trading on the Shanghai Stock Exchange trading system within one year from the date of the announcement. The total amount of the increase will be no less than 200 million yuan and no more than 400 million yuan.
China Agricultural Bank of China Tongxiang Branch ("Agricultural Bank Tongxiang Branch") will provide special loans to Huayou Holding, in addition to Huayou Holding's own funds. In accordance with the notice issued by the People's Bank of China, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding the establishment of stock repurchase and increase holding reborrowed funds, Agricultural Bank Tongxiang Branch recently issued a "China Agricultural Bank of China Loan Commitment Letter" to Huayou Holding, agreeing to provide a special loan of 360 million yuan to support Huayou Holding's increase in A-share holdings, with a loan term of 3 years. In addition to the above-mentioned loan, the remaining funds for this A-share holding increase will come from Huayou Holding's own funds.
