CISI FIN (06058) announced that its indirectly wholly-owned subsidiary, CISI Investment, purchased notes with a principal amount of $8 million (equivalent to approximately HK$62.8 million) in the open market on January 14, 2025, and January 15, 2025, respectively. The total consideration was approximately $800.618 million.
