DATANG ENVIRO (01272) announced that the company has completed the issuance of the first tranche of Super Short-term Commercial Paper (SSCP) for the year 2025 to qualified investors on January 15, 2025. The Lead Underwriter and Bookrunner is Bank Of Beijing Limited while the Co-Underwriter is Bank of Ningbo Limited. The company has received the funds raised from this issuance. The issuance size of the SSCP is 500 million Chinese Yuan, with a maturity period of 94 days, a face value of 100 Chinese Yuan, and an interest rate of 1.79% for this issuance starting from January 15, 2025. The funds raised from the issuance of the SSCP will be used to repay interest-bearing liabilities.
