China Tianying Inc. (000035.SZ) signed a market-oriented service contract for the disposal of 53.17 million yuan of related municipal solid waste.

China Tianying Inc. (000035.SZ) announced that recently, the purchaser Guyuan Yuanshou District Housing and Urban-Rural Development and Transportation Bureau (hereinafter referred to as "Yuanshou District Housing and Urban Construction and Transportation Bureau" or "Party A") has signed a "Rural Solid Waste Disposal Market-oriented Service Contract" with the company. According to the contract, the company will provide cleaning services for town roads, transportation of household waste, and disposal of rural household waste through incineration for 11 townships in Yuanshou District. The total service fee for this project is 53.1747 million yuan.
