CSMALL (01815) has completed the sale of its fresh food retail business division.

CHI SILVER GP (00815) and CSMALL (01815) jointly announced the sale of 51% of the target company's shares by the seller. The target company will control the operation of Jiangsu Nongmu people's fresh food retail business division through the Nongmu people's convertible interest entity agreement. The sale was completed on January 13, 2025. After the completion, CSMALL no longer holds any shares of the target company, and the member companies of the target group are no longer subsidiaries of CSMALL and China Silver GP respectively, and the fresh food retail business division is no longer operated by the CSMALL group and China Silver GP respectively.
