Guangzhou Jiacheng International Logistics (603535.SH) announced that the company has recently signed a "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" with Guangdong Province Port and Shipping Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Port and Shipping Group"), a large state-owned enterprise group under the supervision of the Guangdong Provincial Government State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Port and Shipping Group is one of the large state-owned enterprise groups supervised by the Guangdong Provincial Government State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. The group is mainly engaged in port operation and management, cross-border and inland cargo transportation between Hong Kong and Macao, logistics and warehousing, Qiongzhou Strait passenger and roll-on/roll-off ship transportation, domestic and international cargo transportation, waterborne high-speed passenger transport, and tourism business. It is reported that both parties have agreed to leverage their respective strengths and jointly promote the application of new production forces represented by artificial intelligence in the field of logistics. This includes, but is not limited to, exploring the application of end delivery, warehouse inspections, emergency delivery, trunk transportation, branch distribution, and actively solving the "last mile" of logistics distribution. They will also accelerate the use of unmanned driving in high-standard warehouses, improve internal efficiency, reduce operating costs, innovate business models, and promote industry upgrading.
