Huizhou Speed Wireless Technology (300322.SZ) announced that in order to optimize the company's equity structure, the company plans to transfer 100.00% of the subscribed capital (unpaid) of its wholly-owned subsidiary Shenzhen Huizhou Speed Wireless Technology Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Shenzhen Huizhou Speed Wireless Technology Technology") for 36.00 million yuan to Huizhou Speed Wireless Technology Electronics Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Huizhou Speed Wireless Technology Electronics").
