Qinghai Salt Lake Industry(000792.SZ): Chinese Salt Lake Industry and Industrial Bank Investment have signed a concerted action agreement to collectively hold a total of 20.55% of the shares.

Qinghai Salt Lake Industry (000792.SZ) announced that recently, the company received a "Notice Letter" stating that China Salt Lake Industry Limited ("China Salt Lake Industry") and the company's second largest shareholder, ICBC Financial Asset Investment Co., Ltd. ("ICBC Investment"), signed a "Joint Action Agreement" on January 9, 2025. Both parties agree that once China Salt Lake Industry becomes a shareholder of the company, they will establish a joint action relationship and act as joint action shareholders of the listed company on related matters. According to the "Share Transfer Agreement" signed between China Salt Lake Industry and the company's controlling shareholder Qinghai Province State-owned Assets Investment Management Co., Ltd. and their joint actors, after completing the share transfer registration procedures, China Salt Lake Industry will hold 12.87% of the company's shares; ICBC Investment is currently the second largest shareholder of the company, holding 7.68% of the shares. After the share transfer registration is completed and the joint action agreement takes effect, China Salt Lake Industry and ICBC Investment will collectively hold 20.55% of the company's shares.
