FDB HOLDINGS (01826): Liu Guohui has resigned as an independent non-executive director.

FDB Holdings (01826) announced that Mr. Lau Kwok Fai has resigned from the position of independent non-executive director, chairman of the Audit Committee, and member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee with effect from January 10, 2025; and Ms. Ng Song Chi has been appointed as chairman of the Audit Committee.
