Guangdong Construction Engineering Group (002060.SZ) has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Hydropower Second Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangdong Hydropower Second Bureau") has signed a construction general contracting contract with Jiamei Industrial Investment Group (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiamei Industrial") in Maoming City, Guangdong Province. The contract is for the Guiling Li River International Hot Spring Health Care, Lingqu Historical and Cultural Tourism Project, with a contract amount of approximately 2 billion yuan.
