PROSPER CONS (06816): Zhou Hongbao appointed as Executive Director

PROSPER CONS (06816) announced that Mr. Zhou Hongbao has been appointed as an executive director, effective from January 10, 2025. Mr. Zhou Hongbao has also been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer of the Group from the same date. Mr. Ni Chuchen has stepped down as the Chief Operating Officer and will continue to serve as an executive director of the company.
